FANAS AIR LUXURY TOURS
BOOKING, CANCELLATION & SAFETY POLICY

By purchasing, reserving, or participating in any excursion, adventure, transportation service, photography package, or flight experience operated by Fanas Air Luxury Tours, guests acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

REFUND POLICY

Guests are eligible for a 100% refund when cancellation is requested at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled excursion, adventure, experience, transportation service, or flight departure time.

Cancellation requests received less than 48 hours before the scheduled experience are not eligible for a monetary refund.

TRAVEL CREDIT POLICY

For cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled experience, guests will receive a Fanas Air Luxury Experience Credit equal to the value of their reservation.

Experience Credits:

• Are valid for 12 months (1 year) from the original booking date
• Are non-transferable
• May only be used by the original guest listed on the reservation
• May be applied toward the same experience or any eligible Fanas Air Luxury Tours experience
• May be upgraded to a higher-value experience upon request by paying any applicable price difference

WEATHER POLICY

The safety of our guests is our highest priority.

Certain excursions, flights, water activities, and outdoor experiences may be delayed, rescheduled, modified, or cancelled due to:

• Unsafe weather conditions
• High winds
• Lightning
• Rough sea conditions
• Flooding
• Government restrictions
• Aviation restrictions
• Other circumstances beyond our control

If Fanas Air Luxury Tours cancels an experience due to unsafe operating conditions, guests may choose either:

• A full refund, or
• Rescheduling to a future available date

WATER ACTIVITY SAFETY POLICY

Guests participating in water-based experiences do so at their own risk and must follow all instructions provided by guides, captains, photographers, and staff members.

Life jackets and safety equipment must be worn when required.

Guests who appear intoxicated, impaired, reckless, or unwilling to follow safety instructions may be denied participation without refund.

AGE REQUIREMENTS

For safety reasons, children under the age of 8 years old are not permitted to participate in certain water-based activities, floating equipment experiences, clear kayak experiences, jet car activities, or other designated water sport equipment.

Additional age, weight, height, or safety restrictions may apply depending on the excursion.

HEALTH & FITNESS REQUIREMENTS

Guests are responsible for ensuring they are physically capable of participating in booked activities.

Guests should consult a medical professional before participating if they are pregnant or have:

• Heart conditions
• Respiratory conditions
• Mobility limitations
• Recent surgeries
• Serious medical concerns

Fanas Air Luxury Tours reserves the right to refuse participation if a guest's condition may create a safety risk.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEOGRAPHY

By participating in Fanas Air Luxury Tours experiences, guests grant permission for photographs and videos taken during excursions to be used for promotional, marketing, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing before the experience.

TRANSPORTATION POLICY

Transportation services must be booked separately unless specifically stated as included within the purchased package.

Free transportation promotions apply only where expressly advertised and may be subject to geographic limitations and minimum guest requirements.

LATE ARRIVALS & NO-SHOWS

Guests are responsible for arriving at designated pickup locations on time.

Late arrivals, missed pickups, missed departures, or no-shows may result in forfeiture of the reservation without refund.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Fanas Air Luxury Tours reserves the right to refuse service, remove participants, or cancel reservations when necessary to protect the safety, security, and enjoyment of guests, staff, equipment, or operations.

POLICY ACCEPTANCE

By completing a reservation, making a payment, or participating in any Fanas Air Luxury Tours experience, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these policies and terms.
